This novel external-mount valve connector is designed to simplify the testing and conditioning of tissue‑engineered heart valves (TEHVs) within pulsatile bioreactor systems. The device allows TEHVs to be rapidly affixed around a customizable 3D‑printed frame and directly integrated into standard tubing, eliminating the need for complex suturing, internal valve assembly, or custom‑molded housings used in conventional systems.
