By leveraging mobile health technology, consultation services, and professional development initiatives, NCH facilitates the implementation of diverse school health models tailored to meet the unique needs of each community. From fixed-site school-based health clinics to telehealth programs and mobile care units, the IP encompasses a range of services, including primary care, chronic disease management, vaccination programs, and tele-psychiatry. By providing technical assistance and professional development opportunities, NCH empowers healthcare teams and school personnel to collaborate effectively in delivering comprehensive care within the school environment. NCH plans to refine and expand its technical assistance offerings, particularly in telehealth and quality improvement strategies.
